ARE FERRETTI TENTS COMPATIBLE WITH MY ROOF RACK
This depends on the maximum capacity of your roof rack. Most roof racks that can withstand the weight of the tent are fine when driving with the tent closed. Although this, you should only enter the tent if your vehicle is stopped and parked on stable grounds.
HOW DO I INSTALL THE TENT ON MY VEHICLE
To install the tent on your vehicle, you must have your roof racks ready. Currently, we do not carry roof racks, so you must find the appropriate one for your vehicle. The installation procedure requires the correct rack for your vehicle type. This means your racks must be supported by your vehicle, and also the racks itself supporting the tent. For installation, although self-installation can be done, visiting an auto shop is recommended.
ARE THESE TENTS ALL SEASON
All of our hardshell and softshell tents are made of durable materials that allow it to withstand any weather conditions. Sun, snow, rain, dirt, you name it all. We use quality materials such as industrial grade aluminum and stainless steel, and polyester cotton canvas, which makes it weatherproof and tear proof, giving it an all season durability rating.
DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS
Ferretti Canada provides every product with 1 year warranty on materials and parts that have existing defects right out of the box. Note that this does not cover normal aging defects such as color, wear or tear, mechanical issues from accidents or improper storage after the use of this product. Products under warranty will be repaired at one of our authorized auto shops at no cost.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP PRE-ORDERED ITEMS?
We will send you an email once the item is in stock and will be shipped to your address immediately. Due to the nature of our products, restocking will take some time. You can expect to receive your product within 1-2 months after you have placed a pre-order. You will also receive follow-ups regarding the status of your order. Pre-ordered items are non-refundable once it has exported from it's origin (you will still be able to request a refund before its exported).
SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS
The time and costs of shipping depends on your location. We offer flat shipping rates to every province in Canada, and try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Our in-stock products will ship out within 2 business days after payment, and you can expect your product to arrive within a week. You will be provided a shipping tracker with status updates when your product has shipped.
REFUNDS
To request a refund, please email support@autoferretti.com. You will be required to handle the shipping costs and any fees. Note: Pre-ordered items are non-refundable once it has exported from it's origin, although you will still be able to request a refund before this happens.
DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAX
Yes, all sales tax will be collected from all provinces in Canada.
